About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WAGMI Academy ("App"), provided by Clemontay Echols ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
WAGMI Academy is an educational and entertainment quiz application focused on crypto culture, history, and on-chain literacy. The App is designed for informational, recreational, and community engagement purposes only.
The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage, exchange, or custody services, wallet services, or guarantees of accuracy, profitability, or outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law allows it
- use the App in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right
- use the App to deceive, defraud, harass, abuse, or impersonate others
- use the App in connection with unlawful content, malware, or harmful activity
4. No Financial or Professional Advice
The App contains quiz questions and educational content related to crypto, blockchain, and internet culture. Nothing in the App is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content in the App.
5. Data and Local Storage
The App currently stores quiz-related information locally on your device, such as:
- your chosen nickname
- quiz history
- scores and rank results
You can remove this local data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage through your device settings, if available.

6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the Publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, branding, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The App may be distributed through third-party platforms, including the Solana Mobile DApp Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their separate terms, policies, and technical requirements.
We are solely responsible for WAGMI Academy and its content. References to third-party ecosystems or brands do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
Quiz content may include historical summaries, community slang, and educational simplifications. While we aim for quality, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from error.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clemontay Echols will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory local law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be effective when posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
