WAGMI Academy is designed to operate primarily with local, on-device storage.
At the time of this policy:
- we do not require account creation
- we do not operate a user backend for quiz accounts
- we do not sell personal information
- we do not provide in-app trading, exchange, or custody services
2. Information We Collect
We currently collect and store the following information locally on your device:
- nickname or alias you choose in the App
- quiz sessions, answers, scores, rankings, and history
- basic app state needed for the quiz experience
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Based on the current version of the App, we do not intentionally collect through our own servers:
- government-issued identifiers
- payment card data
- login credentials for third-party services
- private keys, seed phrases, or wallet secrets
- precise location data
- biometric data
4. How We Use Information
We use locally stored information to:
- personalize the App experience
- save quiz progress and results
- show historical scores and rankings
- generate certificate-style share content on your device
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Because the current App experience is locally stored, we do not intentionally share quiz data with our own backend services.
If you choose to share a generated certificate image, that sharing action is initiated by you through your device's sharing tools and may involve third-party apps or services you select.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Quiz data is currently stored locally on your device. We retain that data on the device until:
- you delete it through device settings, if available
- you uninstall the App
- the App is reset or reinstalled
7. Your Choices and Controls
You may:
- choose what nickname to use
- stop using the App at any time
- remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App or clearing App storage through device settings
If future versions introduce server-side accounts or additional data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own servers.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information in a future server-connected version of the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Security
We use reasonable efforts appropriate to the current design of the App. However, no software, device, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
The App may be accessed from countries outside the United States of America. By using the App, you understand that information stored locally on your device may be subject to the laws of your location and the United States, as applicable.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
